For full-body massages, most clients undress completely, though you may leave on your underwear if that makes you more comfortable. You will be properly draped during the entire session.
For general wellness, once a month is common. For specific issues, weekly or bi-weekly sessions may be recommended initially.
We do not directly bill insurance companies, but we can provide receipts for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
